Log message:
* Some refactoring in scriptdebug.c (config option setting)
* added 'sfx_debuglog' debugger command to dynamically tune
verbosity for the sound subsystem
* kernel.c now specifies the number of kernel functions which FreeSCI
should accept for various interpreter versions

The last item right now allows us to ignore kernel call 0x7a in Jones16,
allowing it to run without any additional files. This change should
eventually be superceded by version-specific default kernel function maps
(can we use the QfG2 one? What's 0x7a?)
