Hi,
Attached are some patches for t2load.c. A CFF font may have gsubrs,
but no local subrs. In fact, there is always a gsubr index, even if
it has no entries, but the existence of local subr index data relies
on there being an offset to local subr data in the private dictionary.
These patches take this into account. I hope they are fit for
inclusion.
