Prototyped in internal/ftobjs.h. I'm not very happy with this
location -- IMHO all EXPORT_DEFed functions from ftobjs.h should be in
include/freetype and not in freetype/internal.
David, what do you think about that? If you agree, can you move it
accordingly?
