If
the user has NewFaced a multi master font
and the user has not set the blend
and the user calls FT_Set_Char_Size (which specifies the point size)
Should Set_Char_Size
Check if the font has an Optical Size axis
and if so, set that axis appropriately while leaving the other axes
at their default settings?
