Jason, I'm interested in the history of this bug, this is, when has it
been introduced, which bug number it has (in case this information is
publicly available), and whether there are plans to fix it, and
finally, which version of MSVC you expect that this bug is fixed.

Apparently, the word `argument prescan' isn't used for this bug -- a
search on microsoft.com haven't had a single hit.  How do you call it?
