Anyone have suggestions on faking bold and italic styles when font
files don't exist for these styles? I've noticed that something
like this happens on windoze. For italic I planned modifying the
shear. For bold I was thinking of doing an offset double strike
porportional to the point size. Can anyone suggest values?
