David,
Well, since you asked, there are a couple things.

For the T1_FontInfo structure, the encoding (/Encoding): StandardEncoding, or ISOLatin1Encoding.

Also, I have to strip the the segment markers when streaming the Type1 ".pfb" file into PDF and EPS. This is probably more of a client-side issue, but it's something for you to think about.


Otherwise I'd have to say that Freetype has been a joy to work with! Thanks for all the hard work.

Hum.. it seems that the Type 1 FontName attribute has been
forgotten when the structure T1_FontInfo structure was designed !!

I'll try to see how to return it without breaking too much things
in the high-level API. Changing the font driver should be trivial
though..

By the way, is there any other information that might be considered
important for client applications in such fonts ??
