[Freetype] blurry bytecode interpreter in 2.1.9

Hi all

I have a problem since moving to freetype2.1.9 with the bytecode interpreter 
enabled. There seems to be some blurring with fonts when they are 
approximately horizontal. Going back to freetype2.1.7 fixes this problem. 
I'm not sure how much you support the bytecode interpreter but I thought I'd 
give you a heads up about this problem:
