[ft] Help to include libfreetype on Windows

Hi All,

I am trying to compile a code with -llibfreetype as one of the
compilation parameters on windows+qt+mingw.

I get a ld error even though I have freetype on my system. I believe
the problem is I dont know how to define this symbol on Windows. Can
anyone help me, please?
