Whilst I have up to now advocated an IPS as a possible structure, it
should be borne in mind that my views have been coloured by a desire,
(within other organisations), to maintain a democratic framework. However,
it may be desirable, in view of the likely objectives of FSFE-UK, to seek
to provide strong leadership as a priority, in which case a Company
Limited by Guarantee, may provide the best framework. From my searches the
afternoon it may also be that the legislation has changed since I was last
involved in discussion on a similar matter.
In either case I am happy to do what I can to help, but it must be
remembered, that whilst I was retired early, due to injury, (and thus have
the time that others may not), the subsequent doses of high strength
prescription pain killers, means, a) that any expectation that I will meet
deadlines is unrealistic, b) what intellect I did once possess is no
longer what it was.

Change is not synonymous with `progress'.
