Alex,

Just phoned the conference meeting room people here at BNP Paribas.  They
would be willing to book
a room for us here at Paribas.  There are loads of conference rooms (v.
plush) and they can provide a
laptop and projection facilities (obviously not running Debian just yet).
It's at 10 Harewood Avenue NW1,
right next to Marylebone Station and also Baker Street tube.  Here's a map:
