During the build it complained about the missing glib.h file.
Do you mean that you had glib2 installed instead of glib 1? Glib 1
seems to be required, but isn't listed in the README, probably because
when the README was written it wouldn't have occurred to anyone not to
have glib1 installed.
Does g-wrap pass regression tests after this change?
If using glib-2 works, perhaps this patch should be applied (plus NEWS
and README), and a new release made.
