I think GSPdf also could need a new release. 0.4 is rather old, and I think 
there
are a couple of changes listed in the ChangeLog which would qualify a new 
release.
I just tested CVS and it works nicely for me.

Especially the arrow pointing to the left (to go to the previous slide) is now 
shown
in the button ;)
