[Gchempaint-main] GChemPaint 0.7.96 released

Hi,

Thanks to the work of Julian Sikorski who found quite a few bugs, this
release should be more stable.

New are:
Bugs fixed:
* #19838: Haworth projections. (Julian provided new saccharides
templates).
* #19840: GChemPaint crashes when selecting a group of elements.
* #19842: Allow changing the position of hydrogen atoms.
* #19845: Some theme options cannot be changed.

Also a few minor build and localization issues have been fixed thanks to
Daniel Leidert.

The bad news is for translators: some strings have changed and a few new
ones have been added.
