Looks like you have a xulrunner-sdk_1.9.2-stable around, but it does not
have the headers. In the command-line, you have:

-I/usr/include/xulrunner-1.9.2/stable

the xulrunner.pc file is probably invalid.
If this can't be fixed, you might add a link:

ln -s /usr/include/xulrunner-sdk-1.9.2/ /usr/include/xulrunner-sdk-1.9.2/stable
