Well.. that is a list of Debian *packages*, not what
programs and files that really is installed. If i list
all installed packages that contains "libgnomevfs" i
come up with none. Those package names are names that
some Debian packager has *chosen*, and it could be
called some other name when somebody else has pckaged it.
Look here:
ftp://ftp.gnome.org/pub/GNOME/sources/
There are no folder containing libgnomevfs as an example,
and there are no "-dev" folders either. That splitting
of projects into different packages is done by someone
making packages just for your dist.
