Hi,
I had a problem trying to install GetFem++. When doing:
./configure BLAS_LIBS="-L/usr/lib/atlas/lib/ -latlas"
I get this message:
*** No usable blas library was found ***
A generic BLAS implementation will be used, however you should
consider installing a faster BLAS, such as ATLAS
You can give the location of your prefered blas library with either
the --with-blas= option, or the BLAS_LIBS environment variable
for example: ./configure BLAS_LIBS="-L/usr/lib/atlas/sse2 -lblas"
However I already installed Blas, Laplack and Atlas (and run their "make
check", and there was no problem)
I made dinamic libraries for atlas on that directory:
/usr/lib/atlas/lib> ls
libatlas.a libatlas.so libcblas.a libcblas.so libf77blas.a libf77blas.so
liblapack.a liblapack.so libptcblas.a libptf77blas.a
On the ./configure output this is the part where the ATL_xerbla is not found:
