Summary: MIME type in Docs always set to doc/text

Initial Comment:
Regardless of the type of file in the Docs it always
tells the browser that it is .DOC mime type.  When
using Mozillia under Windows, the MIME type is observed
(ignored under IE), and the result is that files are
downloaded as abc.zip.doc instead of abc.zip.
