   I have some suggestions from the meeting in Bristol, but they are more
   detailed and can wait till nearer the time.

I would suggest to not wait a lot before to start organizing the
event. We are a particularly dis-organized dis-organization and it
takes time to get the attention of the hackers. The more expectation
the better :)
