[Ginger-dev-list] nongnu.org servers is/was under DDOS attacks

This was told to me by the nongnu.org support staff. They said that the 
situation should be better now and,
as far as they can tell, no email were lost during the outage.

I'll monitor the situation of this ML to see if it's worth keeping our 
work here or if it's easier to just move
on to another ML.
