Since neither Vivek or Divya is saying anything, let me push this
issue a few inches...

Date: Monday, April 9, 2007
Time: 18:30 hours

Can we agree on the above date and time? People would have enough time
to pay a visit to Tilak's/Nescafe/canteen/Ekta after class before
coming, I hope.

Choices for venue:

a. Open air theatre -- Plug points are there. But do they work? A few
spikebusters might be needed?

b. The porch in front of the auditorium -- Plug points available?

c. The library lawns -- No plug points.

If you have any other choice add it to this list, or mention your
preference. I would like to have a quiet, informal venue, since there
would not be any formal talk. However having a power source would be
handy since that would allow people to bring their laptops and sort
out any problems they might be having in a one-to-one hands-on manner.

What do you say?
