Port-a-book is an intiative to port the code examples in various
computer science text books to run in a free software environment.
eg., porting Turbo C/C++ code to run on GCC, porting MATLAB code to
run on Octave, etc..

All throughout our student lives we have often done such porting on an
ad-hoc basis. Are you eager to take it to a more organized level? Read
