Hello all,

We have good pool of user base for our mirrors now, and there is a
need to provide a facility where users can ask for support.

This list is surely not a place to get those mails, as all subscribers
will get spams about servers troubles.

We have some options here:

1) Savannah tracking facility:
https://savannah.nongnu.org/support/?func=additem&group=glug-nith

2) Special mailing list e.g address@hidden to which only
administrators will be subscribed.

3) Using some root or admin account e.g address@hidden

What you suggests?
