Well, you say that and give performance priority (which, by the way,
contradicts with all other considerations where quality is more
important). That said, I'd love to see someone improving OpenGL
rendering quality. Quinn Storm seems to be the only one working on
OpenGL backend...

There are quite a few plans for improving AGG performance (bottleneck
is probably X server, not AGG itself), but AFAIK we're not optimising
yet...
