Using the same configure options we've been using for redirecting the
installation paths, --with-kdepluginprefix=is what I'm using for binary
package building.

Yep. Both plugins now install correctly in the users $HOME directory.
Now I wonder if we should merge install-plugins back into install, since
we won't see the distcheck error that made us add that install target.
I'm a bit burned out on documentation hacking...
