  I'm probably going to rename it later tonight. :-) I'm separating out
the parts of libamf that are AMF specific, and other stuff is going into
the RTMP specific files. This way the AMF handling isn't dependent on
the protocol like it is now. The older implementation had RTMP and AMF
encoding and decoding all mixed up in the same files.
