Yes, was intentionally left out.
Good you mentioned it needs to connecto to render_handler as well,
as I wasn't thinking about it.
Now the bad news: that's what a *clean* design would look like,
not what gnash uses. renderer is fine, but sound_handler and
media_handler got mixed up and we still have lots of media-related
stuff in the core lib (asobj/*Gst asobj/*Ffmpeg).
Dunno if next step should be figuring out the actual current
design for sound/media or to rewrite it once again from scratch
to match what I think is a clean one.
