This improvement broke handling of a (possibly malformed) testcase:
misc-swfmill.all/zeroframe_definesprite.swf 

Dunno if the file is malformed or not, and chances are if we catch parser
exception somewhere more internal (in PLaceObjectTag itself) we might 
be fixing this.
