Should be fix in trunk now, although there may be a better way of
handling the problem than using AC_MSG_ERROR(). Talk about a mess,
depending which distro one is using, the the required package is either
kdelibs-devel, kdelibs3-devel, kdelibs4-dev,or kdelibs5-dev.
