Follow-up Comment #8:

This is a mozilla bug, and fixing it from their end is straight forward.
Mozilla forwards scroll events and does not care whether the plugin uses
them.

We could hack around it by sending a scroll event to to the socket window that
contains Gnash, but that will probably cause more problems than it would
solve.
