Follow-up Comment #13, bug #31836 (project gnash): Adobe runs in-process. It seems that it has some unsophisticated logic for deciding when to capture scroll events. See https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=619281 for details on the Gnash situation.
