[Gnash-dev] Flex 3 and Gnash. What's possible?

I've recently started looking into using Gnash as well as developing  
from Flex applications using FlexBuilder 3. I know Gnash has limited  
support for AS 3 but I was hoping you might give some clues as to what  
I should expect to work and what should not work. I had access to a  
bunch of simple Flash movies and noted they all worked in Gnash as  
expected. I then made a simple Flex application that consisted of a  
class that extends Application. The Flex stage has a background image,  
a couple of buttons and a text field. Running the application in Flex  
it of course displays and operates as I'd expect. But when I take the  
swf and run it with Gnash, all I see is an empty background. What  
might cause this? Should I expect basic Flex apps to work in Gnash or  
is that something for the future?
