Hm. Attachment functionality is not really a part of GNATS -
- it is a hack added to Gnatsweb which places attachments 
into the Unformatted field of a GNATS report. I will look 
into it, but I think I will try to redo this functionality 
before we release 4.0 final, probably requiring GNATS to be 
set up with a special Attachment field which Gnatsweb can 
then do as it wants with.
