Help with Nokia 3310

I have tried everything to get the 3310 to work with gnokii.  I'm running 
under cygwin with version 0.5.4 on windows 2000.

I've tried using F and M on the cable, all connection type in the gnokiirc 
file.

For the configurations that do anything at all the debug shows that 
packets are sent and there is no reply at all...
