Wow.  That well and truly sucks.

Well, next time make a mirror :-).   (Backups?  Bah!)

The good news is that, with a full revision library, no important
information has been lost.   Reconstruction should be quite possible
and not even all that hard.

I haven't heard of any such scripts, however, it really shouldn't be
too hard.

My intuition is that you should just rebuild the archive directly
rather than trying to use `commit', `import', and `tag'.

In other words, for each revision in the library, look at the log
message and decide which of the three types of revision it is.  Then
build the revision directory in the archive directly.  As a final
step, you can fill in the lock directories.
