src/tla/tests/changeset-tests

Not integrated into the build process and probably still containing
some bashisms -- but also pretty straightforward to figure out.

In practice, we've found that it rewards being run all night, multiple
times, with varying settings to the parameters.

(From the perspective of the project overall: we need more tests along
the same lines, and better integrated into the development process --
this is one the things I tend to mention in grant proposals and
similar documents since it's something that, empirically, the
community of users is bad at stepping up to provide -- and something
that I don't quite have the time and facilities for.)
