Never underestimate the difficulty of getting several hundred people
to follow a series of instructions carefully, or the range of
different things they will have to configure.

I have enough difficulty getting three experienced technicians to
repeat the same procedure accurately on half a dozen workstations,
when supplied with printed instructions.

You're going to need at least two tech support staff, and they won't
work for free.
