It's not a bad idea.
>From my perspective, it implies a need to think through and explicitly
clarify the relationship between various names for an archive (the
name registered by a user, the name in =meta-info/name, and the name
in -meta-info/name of a mirrored-from archive).
Negative time availability numbers are, indeed, a bother (got some of
my own, in fact). But please go ahead and spend the 5 minutes to
file a bug report. If it's a really good bug report I'll give you a
gold star :-).
