As Samium, I do not feel concerned about changing the Changelog format
in any way.
My initial posting was indeed caused by a confusion between "changelog"
and "collection of patchlogs", and actually I also had to hunt for
incorrect uses of "changeset" instead of "patchlog"... Apologies for the
noise, I'll try to be more careful in the future.
