I guess the subject says it all. When are they built and what are they used for? I thought they were similar to the CVS/Entries file: used to figure out which files have been changed without doing actual file-compares with the pristine copies (or at least avoid a large number of such compares). But the files there seem to all be "out of date" (e.g. there's data for rev 9 and 13, but I'm currently at rev 14). Stefan
