No, they are not (for reasons I gave earlier).

Presuming you meant `move-id' (there is no mv-id), what do you mean
`it's broken'?
It performs a necessary operation; the `tla move' alias is confusing
because of the confusion with `tla mv', so I agree that removing the
alias would be good, but `tla move-id' must be kept. [and it should
_not_ be renamed to mv-id]
