I have added two tools to the sourcecontrol webpages. As per my personal
tradition, they are useful in some circumstances, but(t)? ugly in all.
First, you can now check the status of mirroring at the supermirror. Point
your browser at http://sourcecontrol.net/stats/updatestats. Scroll down to
the bottom of the list and pick the *second* to last directory. In there,
you will see any errors that may have occured while the supermirror
attempted to mirror you.
The second tool is a bit more useful. Let's say that you are looking for
cscvs, but you can't quite remember which archive its in. That's no
problem now, because you can browse to
http://sourcecontrol.net/findbranch.php. There, you will find every
archive the supermirror knows about (registered or not). Usage should be
self explanatory. For example, a search for cscvs gives the following:
address@hidden dpkg--v1-10--0
address@hidden dpkg--MAIN--0
address@hidden cscvs--ddaa--1.1
address@hidden cscvs--fixes--0
address@hidden cscvs--for-sbcl--0
address@hidden cscvs--experimental--1.1
address@hidden cscvs--duff--1.0
address@hidden cscvs--duff--1.1
address@hidden cscvs--devel--1.0
address@hidden cscvs--issues--1.0
address@hidden cscvs--devel--1.0
address@hidden cscvs--experimental--1.0
address@hidden cscvs--svn--1.1
address@hidden cscvs--ddaa--1.1
As always, I am at your service
Regards,
James
