[Gnu-arch-users] basic tla support in meld

hi,

since meld comes with svn support since version 0.9.3 and i couldn't
stand that situation ;-) , i tried to assemble a _basic_ tla support in
meld.
right now it tree-lints and shows which files are modified. for those
files a diff is possible. not a big thing.

the category is meld, the branches are meld--official and
meld--tlaenhanced.

there's no warranty, as this is my first python project. (there is no
warranty on any other project as well)
i hope someone finds it useful (and that it got its way into the meld
0.9.4)
