hello there,

i just checked in updated versions of the home page, the coding styles 
and template pages as well as Javadoc for the library.  this is in view 
of the upcoming release of version 1.1 --wich btw will be distributed 
on a small scale as gnu-crypto-1.1pre1 some time before the end of next 
week.

i would appreciate it if you:

* refrain from committing any new files into the CVS;
* go through the project page(s) to check if there are no 
inconsistencies, etc...

also just a reminder: when you work on a file, pls remember to update 
the copyright notice to include the year 2003.
