I just noticed that the attribute key constants for digital signatures
(SIGNER_KEY, SOURCE_OF_RANDOMNESS, and VERIFIER_KEY) are members of the
BaseSignature class and not of ISignature, going against the usual
scheme of having these constants in the top-level interface.
Ok to move these constants to ISignature?
