LilyPond 1.2.17 on Windows NT - Success!

For an error-free .ly input, proper .ps output appears.

Only one problem remains, that of capturing the output from Lily so I
can correct errors - her output doesn't go to the standard DOS
sysout, so DOS redirects >{file} or pipe |more don't work.

I suggest that Lily should output by default to a .log file the way
tex does (both Linux and NT).

Many, many thanks to Jan, Shamus and Mats. The Scarlatti project
seems to be back on track.
