That's better. I guess you have to fine-tune the section levels,
now the contexts are have <h2> headers but the listed engravers
within each context have <h1> headers so it's very difficult
to see any structure.


By the way, I compared the memory consumption and processing
time on the Gade ouverture and got the following result:

1.3.103:

1.3.76: (I have even lower numbers from 1.3.71 but I don't know
