In the following note sequence, the C's stem is down, and the B's stem
is up, and the slur is above the notes.

Would it be possible to automatically set the B's stem down in such a
case ? A rule like "if the a B is between two notes whose stem are in
the same direction, use that direction" would probably be fine.
