Re: .ly files in input which don't produce .dvi files

I ran my script on 141.  I found that since 140, 14 files which did
not produce a .dvi file on 140 now produce one on 141.  There are 34
files which don't produce a .dvi file on either version; I had
intended to look at Mats' patch and not run this on the ones that are
commented as not intended to produce a .dvi output, but I didn't get
around to it.

There is one file which produced a .dvi file on 140 and doesn't on
141.  That's input/test/slur-dash.ly.  There are also three files that 
didn't appear on the 140 list but do on the 141 list, presumably
because of a bug in the old script.  They don't appear to work in 140
either.

Here are the lists:

lily.fixed
Description: Fixed between 140 and 141

lily.errors.141
Description: All files that didn't produce dvi files on 141
