I think there are many waysto typeset jazz chords, and none of them is
better than the others. But some people are more used to some than
others. I'm not sure that we can reach a consensus on this. So let's
have several ways of doing it.
3) Fifth denoted als +5 if standing alone, so that C(+5) doesn't get
confused with C#(5) (parentheses only for clarity).
I'm sort of used to C5+ or C5# :-)
